Today America Needs People Of Integrity Bailing Themselves Into Law Enforcement Work Instead Of Out. What Will It Take? When Will The Continuance Of America’s Police Exodus End?

Where is the back-up for our police? They haven’t had much of that. It seems so obvious that criminals have more rights today than those out endangering their lives to serve and protect us!

Man, it’s wrong! So many corrupt judges and politicians still here! How do we believers submit when many of our leaders are beyond flawed and bought.. totally corrupt? We submit to our flawed leaders short of sinning, and that certainly calls for knowing the Bible (early) and our flawless Lord well.

“Let every person be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God [granted by His permission and sanction], and those which exist have been put in place by God.” Romans 13:1 amp

“For rulers are not a terror to good conduct, but to bad. Do you want to be unafraid of the one in authority? Then do what is right, and you will have his approval. For he is God’s servant for your good. But if you do wrong, be afraid, for he does not carry the sword in vain. He is God’s servant, an agent of retribution to the wrongdoer. Therefore it is necessary to submit to authority, not only to avoid punishment, but also as a matter of conscience. This is also why you pay taxes. For the authorities are God’s servants, who devote themselves to their work.” Romans 13:3–6

According to the Bible, to whom are we to be submissive, and why?

What does the Bible say about direct authority, delegated authorities and authority in general?

Does the Bible give any one individual spiritual authority over another individual?

It’s also obvious to most Americans that the majority of police officers have done a great job in our Land over the decades, but the fallout of ‘defund the police’ is still sadly unfolding here. Police officers are understandably retiring early or just bailing out still.

May I ask you ..how long does it now take for the police to arrive when they are called out to investigate near you? In my city the police force is understaffed (huge understatement), and it still takes way too long for them to respond to a call. One night my wife and I waited four hours before we got a call back asking: Sir, do you still want us to come there to check things out (after we were hearing gun shots in the area).

Uh, your taxes-paid are supposed to help keep the peace and your neighborhoods protected.

Last year, Brian Lande, an officer in the Richmond California, police department, had to draw his gun to stop two drunk men from clobbering each other to death with metal rods. In 2015, he threatened deadly force to stop a fight between two more drunk men. One was armed with a hatchet. Another, with a wrench. On another occasion, he drew his firearm to arrest a man hopping a backyard fence, fleeing the scene of a burglary. None of these was remarkable in Richmond, a working-class city just east of San Francisco that’s notorious for its drive-by shootings, break-ins, car-jackings, and countless petty crimes.

A 2021 survey showed that police departments nationwide saw resignations jump by 18 percent — and retirements by 45 percent — over the previous year, with hiring decreasing by five percent.

The Los Angeles Police Department has been losing 50 officers a month to retirement, more than the city can replace with recruits. Oakland lost about seven per month in 2021, with the number of officers sinking below the city’s legally mandated minimum.

The list goes on: Chicago has lost more cops than it has in two decades. New Orleans is backfilling its shortfall of officers with civilians. New York is losing more police officers than it has since such figures began being recorded. Minneapolis and Baltimore have similar stories. St. Louis — one of the most dangerous cities in America — has lost so many cops that there’s a seven-foot-tall, 10-foot-wide pile of uniforms from outgoing officers at police headquarters called “Mount Exodus.”

And in San Francisco, just across the bay from Richmond, the police department has seen 50 officers out of a force of fewer than 2,000 take off for smaller, suburban departments, according to Lieutenant Tracy McCray, the head of the city’s police union. “They just up and left.”

A big part of what’s prompting police to leave America’s big cities is the perception the public has turned against them. A 2020 poll showed that only seven percent of police officers would advise their kids to go into law enforcement. Eighty-three percent of those who wouldn’t recommend it cited “lack of respect for the profession.”

“They’re saying we’re biased, racist, only want to hurt black and brown communities,” said Lieutenant Tracy McCray, the head of the city’s police union (who is black). “These officers worked in these communities, were invested in these communities. Suddenly, people who don’t know us are saying you’re this, you’re that!” (Thanks to Leighton Woodhouse for gathering these stats above)

What does God in the Bible say about racism and why has racism seemingly always been a problem for humanity?

What does the Bible say about authority?

How should real Christians view the liberal “defund the police” movement?

Christ is the ultimate Solution for individuals and society. Government is not the answer to all of our problems. There is no government capable of restraining immoral, ungodly, and selfish people.

Sup with BLM? Have the goals of the BLM movement been compatible with God and the Bible? Uh, no. Modern “discussions” of race and politics are more often dueling echoes than conversations. Deep issues require careful consideration. Phrases such as “Black Lives Matter” often mean entirely different things to different people, depending on what they want to defend or support. Let’s choose to talk about points, commonly associated with Black Lives Matter, over which Christians ought to be concerned. Our focus is on pointing out where legitimate concerns over racism, inequality, or culture can be co-opted by non-biblical ideas and become unbiblical.

Daily daily propaganda is not the solution at all. Why not we all live honest instead? Spinning the news is not new. The news media withholding relevant information from the public is not new. Presenting the news in such a way as to push people a certain direction is not new. Proclaiming propaganda disguised as news is not new. None of this is new nor it this a possitive answer for today’s problems. The only thing that is new is how painfully obvious fake news and outragious spin has become.

What is antifa? How should a Christian view antifa? Are the goals and methods of the antifa movement compatible with the Bible? Uh, nope.

The Church is not the ultimate Solution either, but the Head of the Church is (that’s Christ). But why is there so much division in the church? (I still love attending a healthy local church with spiritually sound pastors).

How should a Christian view being “woke”?

What should a Christian do when convictions violate a tolerant society?

Should a real Christian be a Republican or a Democrat? Why are there so many RINOs helping corrupt politicians, and why are our globalist liberal leaders trying to overwhelm and collapse our society?

What is the New World Order (NWO)? Is there any factual basis to the New World Order conspiracy theories?

Who is the false prophet in the end times? How will the false prophet be connected to the antichrist in the end times?

How can I recognize any and all false teachers or false prophets? Good question for our day huh! What does the Bible say about false prophets?

What will be the end times, one-world religion?

Does the Bible prophesy a one-world government and a one-world currency in the end times?

How should a Christian view the Great Reset by the World Economic Forum?

Today we hear so much from those who are woke. Man, I just feel glad so many want to walk woke. It’s the way to go — no sleep walkin’. Revived.. awakened.. woke in the fullest sense of the term.

WHY ARE SO MANY “WOKE” PEOPLE TELLIN’ US HOW TO, AND WHAT TO THINK.. HOW AND WHAT TO DO, HOW TO BEHAVE.. WHAT TO SAY AND NOT TO EVER SAY?

What does the Bible say about our cops? Should a Christian consider a career in law enforcement? If respect is renewed for our law enforcement and all branches of US police force, why not?
