We’ve been buds for a while. I like you and want the best for ya. It’s built on trust right. Let’s not be fallin’ back into our old patterns (of the flesh) just cuz they’re so familiar — not the best option for us.

When the outlook ain’t really lookin’ so good, let’s try the uplook.

What is the fleshly nature?

Your three enemies won’t help you — the corrupt world-system, Mr. Lu-Cifer and his gang of thugs, your inner fleshly nature that tells ya to do what it tells ya to do. Sure, no Inverted eyeballs are gunna help you.

And when the circumstances of life around you kind of unsettle you, let’s be practical, let’s be spiritual, let’s be vigilant and focus on the Lord.

“You will keep in perfect and constant peace the one whose mind is steadfast that is, committed and focused on You — in both inclination and character, Because he trusts and takes refuge in You with hope and confident expectation.” Isaiah 26:3 amp

“Set your mind and keep focused habitually on the things above [the heavenly things, not on things that are on the earth which have only temporal value.” Colossians 3:2 amp

What does it mean to be spiritual in a good sorta way instead of fleshly, luke-warm or carnal or icy cold and dead?

What is the key to victory when struggling with sin?

Pray and if it’s all up to Him and then work as if it’s all up to you.. trusting in Jesus as Lord to lead you step by step.

Look higher than the hills and clouds. Look away to your Maker — trust, hear and obey. “He who watches the wind waiting for all conditions to be perfect will not sow seed, and he who looks at the clouds will not reap a harvest” Ecclesiastes 11:4
